The owner is a 100% a-hole (would use a stronger word google would not like that). ALL he cares about is money and when he is getting paid. He has no compassion for your loss and he knows he is the only funeral home around so HE will take advantage of you and your family. Sadly you have no choice but to use him in the area. Also we HAD to pay before we could say our good bye to our family member and deal with the sudden loss. He did not even seem to care about us or our loss. I hope I never see him again in my life!
